Our Club

The Orlando Monarchs Leadership Baseball Program is an initiative of Richard Weeks, the father of two sons Rickie and Jemile Weeks, who currently play in Major League Baseball. The program is based in Central Florida utilizing baseball diamonds in Kissimmee and Orlando.

The Orlando Monarchs is successful due to the hundreds of children, parents, volunteers, and sponsors who spend countless hours and money to continue to build a positive experience for our children. The Orlando Monarchs gives these youth a great place to develop the qualities of citizenship, discipline; teamwork and physical wellbeing that will help them become responsible adults in the future. The Orlando Monarchs organization is working hard to accomplish these goals for our children since they will be the leaders of tomorrow.
